General /Shop Labor

Supports day-to-day fabrication shop operations through a variety of hands-on tasks including material handling, parts movement, shop cleanup, and assist-level support to production staff. Works across multiple areas of the shop as directed by supervisors to help maintain workflow and meet production schedules.

Duties may include loading and unloading materials, deburring and finishing parts, sorting and staging components, operating basic hand tools, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with shop safety standards.

Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. No prior fabrication experience required, though a willingness to learn shop processes and equipment is expected. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.

Position involves regular lifting and carrying of materials, with frequent requirements for moderately heavy lifting throughout the shift.

Laser Operator

Operates CNC laser cutting machines to cut and process a variety of metal components based on customer drawings and job specifications. Sets up and adjusts machine parameters including power, speed, and focus to achieve precise cuts and clean edges across varying material types and thicknesses.

Responsible for loading and unloading sheet material, performing quality checks on cut parts, and making adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. Monitors machine performance throughout production runs and performs routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting as needed.

Candidates should have experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment, preferably in a fabrication or job shop environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required. Familiarity with common metals such as mild steel, stainless, and aluminum is strongly preferred.

Regularly handles sheet metal and cut parts of light to moderate weight, with occasional requirements for heavier lifting.

Press Brake Operator / Set-Up

Seeking candidates of various experience levels. 1st and 2nd shifts.

Set up and run CNC press brakes, including selecting proper tooling and part programs. Uses precision measuring equipment to check work and make necessary adjustments across a wide range of parts and materials.

A thorough knowledge of blueprints and 3-axis/multi-axis machine set-up in a job shop environment is highly desired. Development and technical training are available for all promising candidates.

Welder / Fabricator / Robotic Weld
All Weld Department positions require the use of various hand or power/pneumatic tools for fabricating and finishing processes. MIG experience required, TIG experience is a plus, with knowledge of welding various types of materials. Candidates must have good mechanical skills and the ability to read and understand blueprints.

Robotic Weld Cell Operator — Oversees the operation of the robotic weld cell. Accurately fits parts, inspects/finishes parts, and makes necessary adjustments to ensure quality product. Knowledge of MIG welding and CNC / robotic experience are highly preferred.

Production Welder — Works from a wide array of prints and fixtures to produce quality welded parts. Inspects and finishes to customer specification.

Experienced Welder / Fabricator — Performs difficult or unusual hand welding operations. Ability to fabricate directly from blueprints, create jigs/fixtures and collaborate on production techniques. MIG/TIG required.
